Article 10: Payment
The Customer warrants to AlpControl that he has the permission to use the method of payment chosen during validation of the purchase order. AlpControl has set up a verification procedure of orders. It reserves the right to refuse to honor an order from a Customer who has not fully paid his order or with which a payment dispute is ongoing. It reserves the right to refuse to deliver an order to a different address from the payer's. It can ask the customer to send a copy of an identity document and a proof of residence. Article 11: Availability of products

Article 14: Errors Delivery 14-a: The Customer must inform AlpControl the D day, or by default no later than the first business day following, any claim of delivery error and/or non compliance with the order form. 14-b: Any claim not made in the rules defined above will be rejected, exonerating AlpControl of any responsability. 14-c: Upon receipt of the complaint, AlpControl assign a number to exchange the product. Article 15: Product Warranty
The warranty is lost in case of non compliance with the instructions for use or with the mounting and maintenance instructions.
15-a: Mountain Spring : Our carbon fiber springs are guaranteed 2 years excepted if you don't respect the instructions for use. Wearing parts (straps, leash, pads, foam) are not guaranteed. The other parts are guaranteed 1 year.
15-b: Black Powder skis : Our carbon skis are garanteed 1 year in case of breakage without visible shock. An additional warranty 5-10 years can be sucribed while buying a ski directly to AlpControl. The warranty can be lost if you don't respect the mounting and maintenance instructions.
15-c: Other brands have there own builder's waranty.

Article 16: Liability:
16-a: AlpControl products: Customers undertake to respect the instructions of use downloadable online. Tibia supports are designed to fit to European standards and are not yet qualified nor insured for commercialisation in the North American territory. The Canadian or American citizens who would buy a pair abroad (eg via internet) waives any claim against AlpControl. In case of contesting, the only competent courts are European ones.

Article 17: Rental / sale and right of withdrawal
17-a: Items for hire/sale: the customer pays a deposit equal to the product value, the product is deemed to be leased and can be returned without limit of date, in this case the deposit will be refunded minus the rental cost, the reparations and the missing parts (except leash parts that can be kept).

Article 18: Force majeure

The party affected by such circumstances will notify the other within ten business days following the date on which it will have been informed. The two sides then have one month, unless this is impossible due to the force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree on conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued. If the force majeure persists more than three months, these conditions can be terminated by the aggrieved party.
